03 - Spread 1 to 1.5 tablespoons of basil pesto evenly over the top of each salmon fillet.
04 - Scatter halved cherry tomatoes and sliced red onion around the salmon pieces.
05 - Drizzle olive oil over the tomatoes and onions. Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly across all ingredients.
06 - Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork and tomatoes are softened. Thicker fillets may require additional time.
