04 - Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, thyme, cayenne, black pepper, and salt over chickpeas. Toss thoroughly until well coated with spices.
05 - Spread seasoned chickpeas in single layer on prepared baking sheet.
06 - Roast for 30-35 minutes, shaking pan or stirring halfway through, until golden brown, crispy, and fragrant.
07 - Let cool for 10 minutes before serving to allow for extra crisping.
